Yes. Enable MCP access under Dashboard → MCP, create a personal access token, and connect Claude Code, Cursor, or VS Code to /api/mcp. The assistant can list domains, fetch embed code, check banner status, restyle colors/layout, and trigger scans. Consent logs and visitor data are never exposed. Full setup: /mcp.

Share your domain name, domain ID, a description of the issue, the page URL where the banner appears, and screenshots if possible. For integration questions, include which providers you use (GA4, GTM, Hotjar, Clarity, Meta, UET, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and the IDs saved in Settings.

Response times depend on your plan: community support within 3–5 business days, email within 1–2 days, and priority support within 24 hours on Pro.

Yes. Install guides live at /integrations for WordPress (zip upload today), Shopify (theme.liquid), Wix (Custom Code), WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, Webflow, Framer, Squarespace, Bubble, Ghost, Joomla, Drupal, Next.js, React, Nuxt, and plain HTML. Native WordPress.org, Shopify App Store, and Wix App Market apps are coming soon at /product/wordpress-plugin, /product/shopify-cookie-consent, and /product/wix-cookie-consent.

Confirm the embed snippet is present on the live page, the domain is verified in Settings, the domain ID matches the dashboard, the script URL is reachable, and the browser has not already stored consent for that domain. Also check the browser console for blocked requests to the banner API.
